All of our products are inspected before shipping to ensure quality and are packaged securely to make sure that everything arrives safely.
We are only able to accept returns for merchandise purchased directly through our site with our return policy being 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items or change of mind.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registered or trackable shipping must be purchased to return a faulty item. Please do not send anything back to us if we have not been made aware of the issue and discussed this with you.
If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock), credit or refund.
Refunds will be processed the same way payment was received with replacements shipped at our cost. Please do not return item without making contact.
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of ordering however a 20% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be processed the same way payment was received.
Discount codes need to be applied at check out. We are unable to adjust or refund after sale has been completed. Discounts such as free postage apply to tracked postage only, not express.
